Cancellation policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - We are unable to cancel an order once it is confirmed on our website. Our fulfillment partner works incredibly fast and we are unable to catch orders for adjustments before processing, including cancellation requests.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS - If you have an existing P.F. Candle Co. subscription and would like to cancel, please reach out directly to our team via hello@pfcandleco.live and we will be happy to take care of that for you. 

Please note, if you have already received an email notification that your subscription order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel this order, but will gladly assist in adjusting and/or canceling any future subscription orders
